    Murat Chynar

    CEO

    Top manager with more than 20 years of experience in the largest telecommunication companies around the world: Turkey, Sweden, Saudi Arabia, Bahrein, Iraq, Algeria and Ukraine.

    Mr. Chynar began his professional life in 1999 as a Radio Network Engineer at Ericsson. In 2000, Mr. Chynar joined Ericsson Sweden as the Project Manager, and in 2001, began working at Ericsson Saudi Arabia - Bahrein – Iraq – Alger - Ukraine as the Senior Project Director. Mr.Chynar implemented full-cycle projects of deploying and upgrading the networks, including 30,000 base stations. Also managed the Core and Transmission networks.

    In 2010, Mr. Chynar joined Turkcell as the Director and he became Chief Technical Officer in the Lifecell Ukraine. He was responsible for 2G and 3G networks throughout Ukraine about 10,000 base stations and serving 10 million subscribers.

    In 2015, Mr. Chynar joined Vega Telecom as the Chief Executive Officer and under his direction Vega Telecom has been actively developing its own network, introducing new products to the market and implementing client-oriented business processes. The company's main focuse is integrated telecom solutions using the latest technologies.

    Murat Chynar graduated from Gaziantep University, Electrical and Electronics Department and has a Masters of Business Administration degree.

    In 1994 he graduated from National Technical University 'Dneprovskaya Polytechnica', specializing in electric power supply for industrial enterprises.

    In 2012 he graduated from Dnepropetrovsk University of Economics and Law Defense named after Alfred Nobel. He received a master's degree in business administration.

    For a long time he was a chief officer of the Telesvit company branch.

  • Tetiana Nesterova

    Chief HR Officer

    In 2006 she graduated from National University of “Kyiv-Mohyla Academy” and received a diploma of enterprise economy.

    Has more than 12 years of experience with staff in the largest Ukrainian companies: Astelit, Deloitte and Danone.

    She has gained experience in various areas of HR: internal communications, organizational development, HR business partnership. Successfully leaded projects: the competencies development, the launch of a corporate publication, the introduction of a performance management system, the development of compensation policies and benefits and others.

    In 2001 she graduated from Kyiv National Economic University, Economic Cybernetics specialization. She received a master's degree in information systems in banks and financial institutions.

    Before her career at Vega, she worked as an analyst of computer systems at Netcracker LLC.

    In 1995 he graduated from the National University of Bioresources and Nature Management, specializing in Electrification and Automation of Agriculture.

    He worked in the Astelit company as a head of the technical department.

  • Yuri Shcherbina

    Chief Wholesales Officer

    He graduated from Kiev Higher Engineering Radiotechnical School of Air Defense named after the Air Marshal Pokryshkin in 1992. Specialization was the mathematical support of automated control systems.

    Until 2006 he was a soldier and was engaged in the operation of telecommunications equipment.

    Until 2016, he worked with equipment certification and networks interconnection of telecom operators, constructed the infrastructure for switching centers and managed the mobile network in the company Astelit (lifecell).
