Mr. Chynar began his professional life in 1999 as a Radio Network Engineer at Ericsson. In 2000, Mr. Chynar joined Ericsson Sweden as the Project Manager, and in 2001, began working at Ericsson Saudi Arabia - Bahrein – Iraq – Alger - Ukraine as the Senior Project Director. Mr.Chynar implemented full-cycle projects of deploying and upgrading the networks, including 30,000 base stations. Also managed the Core and Transmission networks.
In 2010, Mr. Chynar joined Turkcell as the Director and he became Chief Technical Officer in the Lifecell Ukraine. He was responsible for 2G and 3G networks throughout Ukraine about 10,000 base stations and serving 10 million subscribers.
In 2015, Mr. Chynar joined Vega Telecom as the Chief Executive Officer and under his direction Vega Telecom has been actively developing its own network, introducing new products to the market and implementing client-oriented business processes. The company's main focuse is integrated telecom solutions using the latest technologies.
Murat Chynar graduated from Gaziantep University, Electrical and Electronics Department and has a Masters of Business Administration degree.
